In Lloveras' words, “Totem with Organic Form is a mixed media on fired clay sculpture.  Many years ago while still in college I began to create clay sculptures to “get off the wall”  My paintings had become very textured and sculpted and clay was the perfect medium to continue my work in a three-dimensional way.  This sculpture contrasts the geometric with the organic."
